Altough he was born in Bogotá, CHANOIR was raised in Paris, one of the art capitals of the world.  He belongs  to a generation who grew up watching television, and he is inspired by the cartoons of the 1980s.  His main character is the cat, CHA, which he began painting on the streets of Paris in the mid-1990s.  Over time, his cats began to take on their own personalities and went on from the Parisian streets to become famous on the Barcelona graffiti scene. FAFI is known inside the graffiti scene because of her libidinous sexy girls.  She began early in the 1990s painting her artworks all over the streets of Tolouse (France) and step by step her “fafinettes” have been painted worldwide.  Since then she has had exhibitions in cities such as Paris, Los Angeles, Tokyo and New York.  Together with her boyfriend TILT and the group LE CLUB 70, FAFI has painted fantastic murals across Europe, the United States and Asia. PEZ

It is a building that was located at the intersection of 188 Street and Audubon Avenue in Brooklyn. Snake I and Stitch (graffiti artists) founded Writer’s Corner in this building, turning the pink walls of the building in a color canvas.
